TMG expands its European interim management and contract project services to North America.

TMG spins off North American operations as separate business unit within the private equity portfolio. The core interim management segment had enjoyed broad acceptance in Europe but has not yet gained a foothold in the United States. TMG begins doing business in North America as Stragility, LLC headquartered in Charlotte, NC and expands its portfolio to include managed IT services, outsourcing, corporate process improvement, implementation project management, and training.

Stragility’s interim management and managed change offerings are expanded. The three U.S. data centers and operations as a provider of IT managed services are phased out. Transition technology offering are expanded.

TMG spins off all private equity businesses and Stragility BNS begins operations as an independent firm focused on providing enterprise level project management, interim management, and change consulting to the middle market firms and smaller public sector entities in North America.
The Corporate headquarters are relocated from Charlotte, NC to Oak Ridge, NC
Stragility’s Managing Principal; Barry Cole, assumes the functional role of Stragility BNS’s Chief Executive.
